★ Module M10 · Phase 3 · Content Engine · El Productor

Five clips a week, captioned in your voice, posted on the right channels at the right time. Without Josh touching a camera.

Cameras roll in the kitchen all day. El Productor watches every frame, pulls the four-second moments that actually move people — the birria pull-apart, the carne asada flip, the customer's first bite — drafts a caption tuned per channel, and queues them for Josh's thumbs-up. Tuesday-Thursday windows hit. The 47 hours of raw footage already in the cooler become five posts a week, with the other 307 candidate clips waiting in line.

Step 01
Source cameras + clip rules
Five feeds wired into the recorder. Each one has a window when El Productor is actively watching for clip-worthy moments.
5 connected
All cameras already installed at Roxanne's (UniFi G5 Bullets + a GoPro Hero 12 Josh wears). Recorder is a Mac mini in the office closet running 24/7 — no cloud subscription required.
Line camera — sauté + grill station

Step 02
Auto-clip rules — what triggers a clip from raw footage
Six detectors. Any one trips → 12-second window captured. Two or more in the same window = "high priority" flag.
6 of 6 active
Movement burst
Cook flips, fire jets, sauce drizzles — sudden motion above baseline.
SubtleDramatic only
Sound spike
Sizzle, "ohhhh", laughter, the sound of a knife hitting the board. Audio amplitude above ambient kitchen baseline.
WhisperYell
Time-of-day window
Lunch rush 11:30–1:30 is the densest clippable moment of the day — sensitivity bumps automatically.
Off-peak onlyRush only
New menu item being made M4 model
Reuses the vision model from M4 Order Accuracy QA — when it identifies a dish on screen, that frame becomes a clip candidate.
Any dishHero dishes only
Person count ≥ 2 in frame
Interactions outperform solo cooking 3× on TikTok. Two-person frames flagged for review.
Any pairEngagement only
Manual hashtag flag
Josh waves at the camera or yells "use this" — the 30 seconds before + after get the priority tag automatically.
Wave onlyWave + voice
Step 03
Caption voice tuning — per channel
Same clip, four captions. Each channel gets its own dial-in. Hashtags below — ◆ locked tags always ship, the rest are floating.

Step 04
Posting cadence + channel mix
When clips actually go out. Analytics say Tue–Thu carry the audience. El Productor never competes with a major Sknny Chef post.
Tue–Thu primary
1
Best days: Tuesday–Thursday
Audience analytics across all 4 channels show Tue/Wed/Thu carry 74% of total reach. Mondays + Fridays paused unless something time-sensitive (Cinco prix-fixe, baby news, etc).
2
Max 2 posts/day per channel
Algorithms penalize same-account spam. Hard cap. The third clip waits till tomorrow even if it's a banger.
3
Stagger across channels (ET)
Each platform's own peak window — don't blast all four at once, you fragment your own attention.

4
Sknny Chef cross-post split: 60 / 40
60% of Roxanne's clips auto-cross-post to Sknny Chef's 260K YouTube + 120K TikTok. 40% stay Roxanne's-only (the location-specific, catering, FOH stuff that doesn't fit the brand). Josh overrides per-clip from the queue.
5
Inner Circle priority slot — 1 YouTube Short / week
One Shorts post per week ends with the Inner Circle CTA — pinned comment + description link. Last week's slot drove 6 signups attributed back via M2 funnel UTMs.
6
Pause if Sknny Chef has a major post
El Productor watches Josh's main Sknny Chef calendar. Big drop scheduled? Roxanne's auto-shifts +24h so the two brands don't cannibalize. Currently: clear runway through Friday.
Step 05
Brand safety + approval workflow
Three buckets. Auto-publish, needs Josh, or never. Privacy filters run before the queue even sees the clip.
2 hard-never rules
Auto-publish
Pure cooking clips, no faces other than Josh, no customer audio, no current-event refs, caption stays under set profanity threshold for the channel, hashtags from locked library.
  • Birria pull-aparts, sizzle reels, plating shots, knife work, prep B-roll
  • Caption pulled from the channel's calibrated voice slider
  • Goes out at the next stagger slot — no human gate
Needs Josh
Anything in the gray zone. Queued for review with a 1-tap Approve / Edit / Skip in the right sidebar.
  • Any face that isn't Josh (employees opt-in per shift, customers always blurred unless waiver)
  • Audio of customer conversation present
  • Mention of a competitor or current event
  • Profanity above the channel's set threshold
  • Sknny Chef cross-post candidate that El Productor is <80% sure fits the brand
Hard NEVER
Vision filters drop these before they even hit the candidate pool. Not "needs review" — never leaves the recorder.
  • Anything resembling a health code violation (dropped food, cross-contamination, glove-off-handling)
  • Anyone visibly upset, arguing, or in distress
  • Minors in frame unless guardian waiver on file
Privacy
Face blur on customers by default — opt-in for employees via the staff app. Waivers collected at the counter for anyone who wants to appear unblurred (signed digitally, tied to that day's footage). Audio of customer conversation auto-filtered unless the customer is the one talking to Josh on a wired mic.
